Expression of Interest


Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries regularly accepts Expressions of Interest from existing and prospective businesses to become a Lottery Retailer. To begin the process, please complete the Expression of Interest form and click submit when complete. 

A Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries representative will contact you to discuss your Expression of Interest and next steps.

Acknowledgement
By submitting this form, I do hereby acknowledge formal interest in becoming a Lottery retailer. I also understand that Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries requires this information for initial consideration of my application, and that the process may end at this stage if business expansion in my area is unwarranted.
